We want you to be fully satisfied with your notwoways purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Sneakers

  Place the shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
